We collect your name and phone number to be able to have conversational messages with you regarding your family’s classes with us.
Who Personal Information is Shared With / SMS Consent Communication:
"The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will NOT be shared with third parties for marketing purposes."
No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates
How Personal Information is Used / Types of SMS Communications: We send conversational messages such as Class Reminder, Schedule Change or Unexpected Day of Cancellation. See some of the examples below.
Example Messages:
[SWAG] "Hi Susan! Excited for class tomorrow! A quick heads-up that your child's SWAG session at the Rec Center starts at 11:00 AM on 09/12/26. Reply STOP to opt-out. "
[SWAG] "Hi Becka, Classes start today, see you at the gym! Reply STOP to opt out. "
[SWAG] “Hi Sarah, yes I have your child’s enrollment. Can’t wait for the first class and please reach back out if you have any questions or you can visit us online at swagym.com Reply STOP to opt out. "
[SWAG] “Hi David, we wanted to let you know our facility is closed today due to inclement weather. Please stay safe and we will see you all next week! Reply STOP to opt out. "
Message Frequency:
"Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 10 SMS messages per week - or as often as you text us conversationally - regarding your child’s enrollment, class cancellation if needed, etc."
Potential Fees:
"Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally."
Opt-In Method:
By texting SWAG at 828-358-0587, you agree to receive conversations (external) messages from SWAG. Reply STOP to opt-out; Reply HELP for support; Message & data rates may apply; Messaging frequency may vary.
