Fall 1 Classes 2026

Caregiver and Me - 6 to 18 months
$129.00

Introduce your little one to the joy of movement in this parent-child gymnastics class designed especially for babies ages 6 to 18 months. Together, you'll explore age-appropriate gymnastics equipment, songs, sensory activities, and guided movement while creating meaningful bonding moments.

Each 45-minute class encourages your baby's natural development through play. We'll practice crawling during every class—even for little ones who are already walking. Crawling continues to strengthen the core, hips, and hand-eye coordination while supporting the cross-body movements that are important for future motor skills.

Our encouraging, play-based environment gives babies the opportunity to explore at their own pace while building confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of movement. Parents and caregivers will also leave with fun ideas to continue supporting their child's physical development at home.

Fall 1 (7 weeks) - 9/12 to 10/24 - 9am

Caregiver and Me - 19 to 36 months
$129.00

Designed for curious toddlers ages 19 to 36 months, this parent-child gymnastics class introduces new skills, challenges, and adventures. With a parent or caregiver by their side, toddlers will safely explore gymnastics equipment, develop confidence, and discover just how much their growing bodies can do.

During each 45-minute class, parents will learn safe spotting techniques while helping their child practice age-appropriate gymnastics skills, including hanging from a bar, balancing, climbing, jumping, and moving both forward and backward through obstacle courses. We'll incorporate animal walks, movement planning, balance, coordination, and fine motor activities that strengthen the whole body while encouraging problem-solving and independence.

Every class also includes music, songs, social interaction, and playful learning as we introduce early concepts like counting, shapes, and colors. Through guided play and exploration, children build confidence, body awareness, listening skills, and friendships—all while having fun with the people they love most.

Fall 1 (7 weeks) - 9/12 to 10/24 - 10am

Independent Class (Ages 3 to 5 - potty trained)
$134.00

Welcome to your child's first independent gymnastics adventure! Designed for potty-trained children ages 3 to 5, this 45 minute class helps young athletes build confidence as they participate without a parent in the gym. Through encouraging coaches, creative games, and plenty of movement, children develop the skills they need for both gymnastics and everyday life.

Each class focuses on developing strength, balance, coordination, and body awareness while introducing the fundamental movement patterns used throughout gymnastics. Children will practice moving both forward and backward, complete fun obstacle courses, and learn foundational gymnastics body shapes including tuck, straddle, pike, hollow, and handstand. Animal walks like bear walks and crab walks help strengthen growing muscles while improving coordination and movement planning.

Beyond physical skills, gymnasts learn to take turns, listen to directions, solve movement challenges, and make new friends through engaging group games and activities.

Fall 1 (7 weeks) - 9/12 to 10/24 - 11am

Independent Class (Ages 5 to 9) - 1 Hour
$134.00

This one-hour class is designed for children ages 5 to 9 who are ready to build a strong foundation in gymnastics through a fun, encouraging, and active environment. Our curriculum aligns with the USA Gymnastics Recreational Levels 1 and 2, introducing the fundamental skills that prepare athletes for future recreational or competitive gymnastics.

Athletes will develop strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and body awareness while learning exciting new skills like handstands, cartwheels, rolls, jumps, and safe landings. Every class we will practice the foundational gymnastics shapes—including tuck, pike, straddle, hollow, and arch—that are essential for success in more advanced gymnastics classes and also set young athletes up well to participate in any sport in their future.

Classes include age-appropriate conditioning and flexibility presented through games, obstacle courses, relays, and team activities that keep children engaged while building strength and confidence. Coaches emphasize proper technique, perseverance, and a growth mindset, helping every kid celebrate progress at their own pace.

Whether your child is trying gymnastics for the first time or looking to strengthen their body awareness for a future in another sport, Rowan's Gymnastics Adventure provides the perfect balance of learning, movement, and fun in a supportive environment where every child can thrive.

Fall 1 (7 weeks) - 9/12 to 10/24 - 12:30pm

Back Handspring Clinic (Ages 7–11)
$134.00

Ready to take the next step in your gymnastics journey? This 7-week Back Handspring Clinic is designed for athletes ages 7 to 11 who want to learn or improve one of gymnastics' most exciting skills.

This class focuses on the strength, flexibility, body awareness, and technique required for a safe and successful back handspring. Athletes will practice drills, body shapes, timing, and progressions that build confidence and proper mechanics while developing the power needed for the skill. Conditioning and flexibility exercises are incorporated into every class in a fun and encouraging environment.

Prerequisites (before enrolling)

Independent Handstand
Athletes must be able to kick to and hold a straight-body handstand independently without coach spotting. A controlled handstand demonstrates the body awareness, shoulder strength, balance, and alignment needed to safely begin back handspring progressions.

Strong Bridge Position
Athletes must be able to hold a bridge with straight arms and open shoulders. A strong bridge position is essential for developing the flexibility, shoulder mobility, and body shapes required for a safe and technically sound back handspring.

Because every gymnast develops at their own pace, getting a back handspring by the end of the 7-week session is not guaranteed. Our goal is to help each athlete improve their technique, strength, and confidence while progressing safely toward an independent back handspring.

Whether your athlete is just beginning back handspring progressions or looking to improve form and consistency, this clinic provides focused instruction in a supportive, high-energy environment.
